CAMP
This is a 3 day camp focused on progressive training building a solid foundation of skill through technique training and implementing skill acquisition through small group game play.
1-1 DEVELOPMENT
Personalized training sessions tailored to each athlete’s unique needs, focusing on skill refinement, strategy, and individual growth.
MINI CAMP
This is a 2 day camp focused on skill review and game play with focus on high repetition for each athlete. Having 2 days in a row offers more retention and reps than a 1 day clinic.
CLINIC
Clinics are 1 day events lasting 90-min to 2hr to address more individual skill development focusing on 1-2 skills in a single clinic. Identifying individual areas of focus and building foundational skills in game like settings is the goal.
